Camp week unfolds in Cagliari, on Sardinia's southern coast. Learn on the mat, train hard through the day, walk to Poetto Beach where turquoise water meets the limestone headland of Sella del Diavolo, and close the day over dinner built on local seafood and sun-drenched Sardinian cooking. Mat, sea, sun and table — the full rhythm of an authentic Cagliari week.

Five days of technique, live rolling, and open mat with Roger and his black belts — open to every level, white belt through black belt, and welcoming to the whole family.
