These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the Roger Gracie Experience and the use of our website and services. By registering for the event or using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Event Participation

The Roger Gracie Experience is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training camp open to participants of all skill levels. Attendees acknowledge that martial arts training involves physical activity and potential risk of injury.

By attending, you confirm that you are in good physical condition and assume full responsibility for your participation.

3. Registration & Payment

  • Payment must be completed in full or via approved installment plans.
  • Prices are subject to change until registration is completed.
  • Discounts and promotional codes are non-transferable.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to the cancellation policy stated at the time of purchase. In general:

  • Tickets are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • Tickets purchased and not validated are valid for next year' event upon request and approval.
  • Tickets may be transferable upon request and approval.
  • Event organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel the event if necessary.

5. Schedule & Instructors

The event schedule, instructors, and content are subject to change due to availability, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. No refunds will be issued due to schedule or instructor changes.

6. Health & Safety

Participants agree to follow all safety instructions provided by staff and instructors. The organizers are not responsible for injuries, accidents, or medical conditions that may occur during the event.

7. Media & Photography

By attending the event, you grant permission for photos and videos taken during the camp to be used for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.

8. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors, staff, and other attendees. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.

9. Liability Disclaimer

The organizers, instructors, and partners shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage to personal property occurring during the event.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Italian courts.
